Del Monte planned to utilize the existing space to create a modern, centralized MRO inventory structure with office space.  Design considerations included a good flow for receiving and distributing parts, maximizing storage space, sustainability (recycling, re-use, natural lighting, durable materials), versatility, bulk materials measuring and cutting, and vendor-managed inventory.

Del Monte selected Paradigm due to their previous project executions at the factory, considerable experience, thoroughness, and competitive pricing.
